Shipping policy
Click and Collect
We are very happy for you to collect your item in store to avoid shipping costs. Please just select the Click+Collect option at checkout. We will have your order picked and packed within 3hrs of purchase for collection at Shop 6, 48 Bloomfield Street, Cleveland Qld 4163.
Domestic shipping
Delivery method
We ship your purchase using Australia Post Express Satchels, and tracking is included. Australia Post guarantees next day delivery within the network. See auspost.com.au to check if your postcode is within the Aus Post next day delivery network. Once Australia Post has declared an item delivered, risk and title in the goods will be passed to the recipient of such goods.
Costs
We offer free express shipping on purchases over $100. If your order is less than $100, we charge a flat rate of $10.00 Australia Wide.
For International Orders, we send your item via Australia Post International Standard Tracked Post. This is a flat rate of $20 to New Zealand, and up to $35 for Rest of World.
We offer free shipping to New Zealand for orders over $250, excluding sale items.
When will my item/s be dispatched?
We ship goods every weekday Monday through to Friday. Orders received before 2pm will be posted that same day by Express Post. If these days fall on a public holiday, we ship the next day. If you have a special event you need an item for, please allow a week prior to your event, to allow for unexpected postage delays.
What happens if I don’t receive my parcel?
We use only Australia Post Express Satchels, which are logged with Australia Post upon dispatch, and have a trackable number on the barcode. If you have not received an item, we can check this process with Australia Post.
International Shipping
For International Orders, we send your item via Australia Post International Express Post. This is a flat rate of $15 to New Zealand and $35 elsewhere.
Estimated delivery time for international shipping is 5-14 working days. Insurance on your goods is not standard on international shipping. If you wish to add it to your order, again, please contact us.
Labels by the Bay cannot be held responsible for any delays, or additional duties and taxes, which may be applied at your country’s port of entry. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.
Policies
The delivery time frames we offer are a best estimate, and times may vary depending on your exact location. During sale periods and seasonal promotions, we may experience some delays in dispatch due to additional volume. In addition, with highly popular items, our stock volume may occasionally run lower than demand and require delivery from our supplier. In this instance, we will notify you of the delay by email as soon as practicable. If we can’t deliver your item in an agreeable time frame we will refund your purchase. Labels by the Bay cannot be held liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable unavoidable delay in delivery.
Pre-order items
Please note, if you are purchasing an item on pre-order and you have also purchased other items, we will not dispatch your order until it is filled in its entirety. You may choose to purchase separately to avoid this occurring.
